Ted began his career in industrial sales working for one of Canada’s largest manufacturers of industrial mechanical sealing devices. With his experience in sales and sales management, Ted founded Can-Ross in 1985. Although the day-to-day operations of the business have been passed to his son Terry, Ted is still actively involved, as it remains one of his lifelong passions. Ted can be found at the head office in Oakville on a regular basis working on key company initiatives. Away from the office, Ted is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys his time at the family cottage on Georgian Bay. Other interests include golf, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Terry has been with Can-Ross for over two decades and is responsible for all areas of the business including sales, operations, and finance. Terry began his career at Can-Ross as a student, later obtaining his degree in economics from McMaster University. After graduation, Terry worked for two years in western Canada for a heavy truck dealership where he learned the operational side of that business. At Can-Ross, Terry has actively worked in all areas of the business including manufacturing, customer service, sales, sales management, and marketing. As President, Terry leads the management team and is engaged in daily operations, developing and executing key strategic objectives, and is focused on building relationships with customers, distribution partners, suppliers, and staff members. Terry is a proud husband and father of two young boys, an avid outdoorsman, and very much enjoys spending time with family and friends (& his dog) on the waters of Georgian Bay!

Maria joined Can-Ross in 2019, following over ten years of experience in finance and accounting, for both large and small organizations, in various industries. She holds a CPA, CMA designation. Maria manages all aspects of finance and administration and provides financial analysis and reporting to both President and CEO. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She loves listening to music and relaxing while reading a good book.

Mike joined Can-Ross in 1997 working in manufacturing, and then as our shipper/receiver. Mike joined the inside sale team in 2006 and then became Customer Service Supervisor in 2009. Mike has in-depth knowledge of our business, products, industrial applications, distribution network, and end-users, which serves him well in his role as Customer Service Supervisor. In Mike’s spare time, you can find him at the hockey rink, behind the wheel of his Formula Ford race car at Mosport, and enjoying his home and family life!
